We offer a 14-day refund period for all eBook (PDF) purchases made on "24hourschallenge".
1. 14-Day Refund Window. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund. Email us at support@24hourschallenge.com within 14 days, using the same email you used at checkout, and include your order ID.
3. Access Revocation. When a refund is issued, download links and account access to the refunded eBook(s) will be disabled. You agree to delete any local copies and not to distribute the files.
4. Defective or Misdescribed Files. If a file is corrupted, unreadable, or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or issue a full refund within the 14-day period.
5. Chargebacks. Please contact us first to resolve any issue. If a chargeback is submitted without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute it and seek recovery of any associated fees and losses.
6. Exclusions. We may decline refund requests made after the 14-day window or where there is evidence of abuse or excessive downloading/sharing of content.
7. Policy Changes. "24hourschallenge" may update or assign other programs and products under this policy without prior notice.
